ColioneCategory and Tag Updates

We took the day off yesterday from posting to clean up the category and tag selections. We’ve moved some tags to categories, combined other tags and even deleted some tags completely.
Posting resumes today but we are still working on the changes.
Reasons are for internal navigation (mainly for our editors), and to promote popular tags (which will become categories). Some tags are duplicates of categories, and they’ll be going away.
